What's your return policy?
Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Initiate a return by emailing hello@forgdla.com with your order number — we'll send a prepaid label for US returns.

Is there a lifetime warranty?
Every FORGD chain is covered by a lifetime guarantee against clasp failure and structural defect. If your clasp ever breaks under normal wear, we'll replace it. Email hello@forgdla.com with a photo and order number.

Will it tarnish in water, sweat, or heat?
No. Our 18K gold is 5-layer heavy-plated over 316L surgical stainless steel — the same alloy used in medical implants. Showers, ocean, gym, sauna: wear it through all of it.
