What is not covered
- Loss or theft
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear such as minor scratches or tarnishing
- Modifications or repairs by a third party
How to make a claim
Email us at help@forgdla.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review it within 48 hours and cover the return shipping if the claim is approved.
