PRIVACY POLICY

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details when you buy, join our list, enter a giveaway, submit a review, or contact support.

Payment information: card and payment details are collected and processed by Shopify, our PCI-compliant commerce and checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Automatically collected information: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To process and ship orders, provide customer support and warranty service, send order and shipping notifications, send marketing emails when you have opted in, prevent fraud, measure how our marketing performs, and improve the site.

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising, and Metricool to measure social performance. These tools set cookies and may use your information to show you relevant ads.

You can change your choices at any time using the Privacy Choices control in our footer, or through your browser settings.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: Shopify (store, checkout, payments, order email), our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), our email delivery provider, and our analytics and advertising partners named above. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails are only sent to people who opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and may still be sent.

We keep order records as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal requirements, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe. Data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure.

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may request a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing, or opt out of targeted advertising. Email us at the address below and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will never discriminate against you for making a request.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we update this policy we will change the effective date above and, where required, notify you directly.
