A closer, more fitted look. 20" — sits just below the collarbone. The most popular men's length and the safest choice if you're unsure. 22" — sits at the top of the chest. A longer drop that reads well over a t-shirt. Not sure? Measure it. Take a piece of string, hold it around your neck where you'd want the chain to sit, mark it, and lay it flat against a tape measure.
